Just got off the phone with the Hyatt. $446 per night, $471 W/direct water view. She is supposed get back to me with group rates and availability.

Voted! Unless @Skybolt or another local would suggest otherwise, I’m supporting the Best Western. It’s about $100/ night cheaper than the other two (I’m cheap). Plus, everything is walkable: from @Skybolt marina to Wells Cove. Actually, the Best Western is the most centrally located. I don’t need a room with a Marina/water view. We’re going to be at one of the bars along the water anyway. Or better yet drinking on someone’s boat

The best western is the least nicest of the three, wouldn't be my first choice. There is also a Holiday inn express on the other side of the hwy. also.
I might bring my boat around to the Hyatt, if they let me. Thought that might be close to it all.
Well that shows you how long it’s been since I was there. I thought the best western was the holiday inn just changed names. I’ve stayed at that holiday inn. I will add HI to the list of choices
